When winter locks things down, the Snow Junkie UltraDry provides a snowy escape. Fast and light, the Snow Junkie is a hybrid that combines the agility of a trail boot with the cold-weather capability of a snow boot. Featuring UltraDry waterproofing, 200 grams of 3M Thinsulate Insulation, and not an ounce of the unnecessary, the boot was purpose-built for snowshoeing and on-foot, packed-trail travel. Clearly hitting the mark, the Snow Junkie was selected as the recipient of the Backpacker Magazine Editor's Choice 2012 Snow Award.
